Terms of service

These terms govern your use of GlintLocal. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and have authority to connect the Google Business Profile you use with our service. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.

What we do

We access reviews from your connected Google Business Profile, generate suggested reply drafts using AI, and (with your approval, or per your auto-post rules) post replies on your behalf. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uptime.

What you agree not to do

You will not use GlintLocal to post replies that are deceptive, harassing, or that violate Google Business Profile's content policies. You're responsible for what gets posted under your business's name — our drafts are suggestions, not publications. Please review before approving.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably suspect are engaged in abuse. We'll refund any unused prepaid time unless the termination is for abuse.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of this service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
