GlintLocal (“we,” “us”) helps local business owners manage their Google Business Profile review replies with AI-drafted responses. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account data. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and (if you pay for a plan) billing details via Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.

Google Business Profile data. When you connect your profile, we access the reviews on businesses you own and the ability to post replies. We store review content, star ratings, reviewer display names, and timestamps. We do not access any other Google data.

Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps), error reports, and product analytics limited to page views and feature interactions. No session recording, no third-party tracking pixels, no data sold to advertisers.

How we use it

Reviews and business context are sent to Anthropic (Claude) so we can generate draft replies in your voice. Anthropic does not retain the content of those requests or use it to train their models. We cache generated drafts in our own database so regenerating is fast.

We send operational email (account verification, billing, product-critical notifications) via Resend. We do not send marketing email without explicit opt-in.

Data storage and security

Data is stored on Google Cloud (Cloud SQL for Postgres) in the United States. Google Business Profile access tokens are encrypted at rest using Google Cloud KMS and rotated automatically. Only a small number of named engineers have production access, which is audit-logged.

Your choices

You can disconnect your Google Business Profile from the dashboard at any time — we immediately stop accessing new reviews. You can delete your account from the billing page, which erases all your data within 30 days.
